The worse experience I had at a dealership, I had a schedule appointment when I got there I had to speak to a manager because they told me it was too late to do an oil change (not sure why they would l schedule appointment when I got there I had to speak to a manager because they told me it was too late to do an oil change (not sure why they would let you schedule online if they can do it after 3PM). The Manager was able to get one of his employees to do the oil change, which he was not happy, it took 15 minutes to get my car back from the oil change (the employee mentioned it was the fastest oil change he had done). I took the car home and had to go out an hour later when i get in the car I get all sorts of warnings about oil pressure. Once i checked there was oil all over the driveway, they had forgotten to tighten the oil filter. I called right away and spoke to the manager they had to send a tow truck to pick up the car and they had to check to make sure the car was ok. The paperwork that they I received stated" Customer concern that vehicle is leaking oil, found oil leaking from the filter". I was not too happy that they did not take ownership. More

Drove 4 hours to see the car. Was lied to about car condition. I asked if there is anything wrong with the car any damage etc etc before I made the 4 hour journey. my sales man s Was lied to about car condition. I found that the dash was bubbling up, he said they wouldn't fix that. Front brakes vibrate when you press them. Again he said they would not fix it Felt like I had no choice but to buy it. Since these jeep summits are hard to find and I needed a suv. If I would of known the true condition of the jeep I wouldn't of drove 4 hours to see it. Driving it 300 miles home i noticed passenger side headlight was cracked and my driver side blind spot monitor does not work. I called my sales man back and he said there is nothing they can do. I felt ripped off and since I drove 300 miles I couldn't return the vehicle. Worse place to buy a used car. My salesman didn't have a office, he bounced me around between 3 different offices and a waiting area. He shouldn't be a sales man he doesn't care about customer concern and wasn't to friendly. The only good thing about that dealership is the front desk receptionist she is very kind and helpful, can't say the same about my salesman More
