Got home after 1st service of my Husband's new RAM 1500 Limited and got "Low Tire Pressure" alerts. All tires were at 30 lbs and one was at 29lbs. The recommended pressure is 36 lbs all around. Furthermore Limited and got "Low Tire Pressure" alerts. All tires were at 30 lbs and one was at 29lbs. The recommended pressure is 36 lbs all around. Furthermore while inflating all tires at home we noticed loose lug-nuts !!! on 3 of the wheels!! total 4 nuts had to be tightened up. This could be dangerous !!! So NO if I can't trust that a simple service with tires rotation is done right; I can't recommend. Last, we asked to update our contact information and contact my husband directly and only have his contact info on file as the truck is his and on his name. The service advisor to all the information but as of yet didn't change anything. the e-mail and phone are wrong. More
