This place is terrible. Customer service takes too long and is rude. The tech work was great as usual, but a simple repair such as a battery change took 3 days. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone from service department by phone. I tried calling to check on status of vehicle. It took over 30 minutes before I finally got someone from appointments service department by phone. I tried calling to check on status of vehicle. I purchased a new RAM truck, when I went to pick it up it had 89 miles on it. The dealer was ok to work with. They did a terrible job in delivering my vehicle. It had black spots on the roof and has footprints from kid all over the seat. The navigation system already addresses loaded into it and driving home it kept trying to take me an unknown place. I was supposed to get some type of RAM app which they could not figure out how to do it. 2 months later they are still working on this issue. I have been to the dealer 3 times, I gave up. I also had to transfer my own tag as the sales person was busy with someone else. I just found out they sold me and extended warranty to the dealership no Chrysler. They scammed me. More

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. Took my work truck for over heating, it took a week to get it diagnosed for a hose? After 3 weeks they claimed they ordered the wrong hose. After 6 weeks without getting an answer I stopped by, the truck was ready no one contacted me. The service rep did not work there anymore. The service manager said they were too busy for follow ups. I hope the dealership manager contact me. Avoid this place at all cost. I can’t due to it’s a fleet truck. This was from my last time there. Previous they forgot to replace wipers left on windshield did not replace the tag bulb claiming they did not have in stock excuse was that mechanic was a new mechanic. Please someone contact me. Service Team is never properly staffed and there is always a significant wait to get checked in and to drop your car for service or Oil Change. The service of getting ride to yo months ur office is hit or miss and it's really a flip of the coin. When I dropped my vehicle off for service they said their driver wasn't working that day and they would take me to my office once the got everyone checked in. I ordered an uber and went to work. The team is friendly just not properly staffed. The same oil change went up $100 in price in six months time all in Labor charges. I have a luxury vehicle and they simply are not set up to properly manage people who drive expensive vehicles to the standards they are used to. BMW and Cadillac have loaner vehicles ready for us when those cars need service. Suggest RAM builds a team to deal with $100k plus vehicle clients to better meet their expectations. More
