Horrible experience, left without having service completed. Arrived early to my appointment, was asked if I was waiting for vehicle or leaving. This place is terrible. Customer service takes too long and is rude. The tech work was great as usual, but a simple repair such as a battery change took 3 days. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone from service department by phone. I tried calling to check on status of vehicle. I purchased a new RAM truck, when I went to pick it up it had 89 miles on it. The dealer was ok to work with. They did a terrible job in delivering my vehicle. It had black spots on the roof and has footprints from kid all over the seat. The navigation system already addresses loaded into it and driving home it kept trying to take me an unknown place. I was supposed to get some type of RAM app which they could not figure out how to do it. 2 months later they are still working on this issue. I have been to the dealer 3 times, I gave up. I also had to transfer my own tag as the sales person was busy with someone else. I just found out they sold me and extended warranty to the dealership no Chrysler. They scammed me. More
