Zero star rating is what is actually deserved but beware to all customers with Auto Nations in Pembroke Pines fraudulent and corrupt service department with lack of integrity from the service director named to all customers with Auto Nations in Pembroke Pines fraudulent and corrupt service department with lack of integrity from the service director named Daryl Jones down to the service advisors, specifically Alfredo Ferrer, which is a clear reflection to the general manager for that specific AutoNation dealer. Pembroke Pines Autonation service department team overcharge for their work and find things that are not truly in need of service solely to bill for more hours. After paying for the so called new battery, my vehicle STILL does not start appropriately and the engine light continues to come on periodically. They don’t even have any integrity and consideration to make right of their wrongs from prior loyal clients like myself especially that I actually purchased my Dodge Durango brand new in 2014 from AutoNation. More
