Spoke with salesman Herold Cervantes the night before and he was super cordial and not pushy. Gave me the details on the vehicle and even quoted me over the phone a decent starting price. Harold was super professional and was waiting for me with the vehicle parked next to the showroom. From the minute I entered, everyone is so pleasant and happy. The positive energy is abundant! No games or gimmicks, Sale Manager Fernando came up to me and introduced himself. Managers usually meet you after you made one or two offers, we didn't even discuss the price, we talked about business, family, etc. Harold ran the numbers and I made him an reasonable offer. He came back with approved by Fernando, THAT EASY! What's more interesting, Fernando came in a few minutes later and told me that he found a rebate for $500.00 which he was applying to the deal. He didn't have to do that, this is a HONEST car dealer! In the end, I got the vehicle that I wanted and AutoNation staff bent over backwards to meet and exceed my expectations. They even stayed well beyond closing time to make sure vehicle was washed, detailed and refueled. More

My experience was great and I would recommend any of my friends or family to go there if they need to get a car. Had to contact the service department because lack of contact by service advisor. Was put on hold and passed around the phone system, with no luck contacting the service department. A few hours later I was able to speak to a human after waiting on a longer than usual hold, only to be told they needed to keep my vehicle 3 to 4 more days for a software update. This isn't a customer focused service department. More
