Spoke with salesman Herold Cervantes the night before and he was super cordial and not pushy. Gave me the details on the vehicle and even quoted me over the phone a decent starting price. Managers usually meet you after you made one or two offers, we didn't even discuss the price, we talked about business, family, etc. Harold ran the numbers and I made him an reasonable offer. He came back with approved by Fernando, THAT EASY! What's more interesting, Fernando came in a few minutes later and told me that he found a rebate for $500.00 which he was applying to the deal. He didn't have to do that, this is a HONEST car dealer! In the end, I got the vehicle that I wanted and AutoNation staff bent over backwards to meet and exceed my expectations.
