Went in to get my car serviced. After being told various time frames to expect my car back, I never received any calls. Had to pester to get any word back. My issue was never fixed. After being told various time frames to expect my car back, I never received any calls. Had to pester to get any word back. My issue was never fixed. And they broke my key while it was in their care. Refused to fix it, had to go get my own key and get it cut due to the outrageous price they wanted for my key. More

The issue wasn’t resolved properly. When I received my vehicle the problem was still in effect. Three out of the four tires were over inflated to 53 lbs while the fourth was normal. It took 5 days to diagnose the issue that is still in effect. I need to go back to the dealer to finally fix the issue. Another huge issue was they didn’t offer any loaners and I had to come out of pocket nearly $500 to utilizes a vehicle. Not a satisfied customer More
