Went in to get my car serviced. After being told various time frames to expect my car back, I never received any calls. Had to pester to get any word back. My issue was never fixed. The issue wasn’t resolved properly. When I received my vehicle the problem was still in effect. Three out of the four tires were over inflated to 53 lbs while the fourth was normal. It took 5 days to diagnose the issue that is still in effect. I need to go back to the dealer to finally fix the issue. Another huge issue was they didn’t offer any loaners and I had to come out of pocket nearly $500 to utilizes a vehicle. Not a satisfied customer More

So I traded my 2019 BMW M550i for a 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie. During the sales process everyone tries to be very helpful. Of course they will because they want your business and $$$. I arrived at the Laramie. During the sales process everyone tries to be very helpful. Of course they will because they want your business and $$$. I arrived at the dealership on 5/6/23 at 11:00am. I told them we can do the deal and I will buy the truck. They say ok we we get it over to detail so it's ready. I was at the dealer all day and probably close to 4 hours after the deal and paperwork was all done. They moved the truck at around 12:00pm and it just sat there for hours. Needless to say they rushed the detail at the last minute. Now they did re-detail the truck when I went back but again another inconvenience of needing to go back. As far as post sales support, this is where they really fall short. I have had to constantly hound them, call, text, for everything that was needed post sales. Rear tire replacement, which they did and I am happy about that. Second key FOB, again called and called finally they say the key guy comes on Thursday (They could have said this from the beginning) They did send the key guy to my house to save me yet another trip to the dealer. Now just waiting for the owners manual, here we are 20 days in and I get "oh we can't get it for 2021 year", "we will get a new one", "oh I will check for you and get back to you" The problem is they do not follow up you need to chase them down. Yes they do give you what is agreed upon but they rarely follow up when they say they will. Only the sales person "Howard" followed up ocassionally. So yes dealing with them will cost you a lot of time. To me time is priceless as you can never get any of it back. I've spent waaaay to much time and energy on this deal. BTW Autonation, if you actually read these, I STILL need the owners manual! More
