Scheduled an appointment for 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. This service took 3 hrs and 7 minutes before I got my vehicle back. A few hours later I was looking at my tires and realized that th tire rotation. This service took 3 hrs and 7 minutes before I got my vehicle back. A few hours later I was looking at my tires and realized that they were not rotated. This is the second time that my tires are not rotated on a scheduled appointment. I called the service department and left a voice message before 6pm , but nobody reached back. The service advisor was great , but paying for a service and not getting it for the second time is just awful way to do business. More
