Bought a used certified 2020 Ford Escape on 7/30/23. 3 hours later, the check engine light is on! Brought it back to service department next day, and told me they don't fix Ford in this location. So I b 3 hours later, the check engine light is on! Brought it back to service department next day, and told me they don't fix Ford in this location. So I brought it to Margate Ford AutoNation for the fix, and they told me the 3 month warranty contract is not uploaded, it cost $1600 to fix it. Back and forth to Pembroke Pines AutoNation for the contract to be upload. As of today 18 days later, still not showing on the system yet. I keep emailing to the Margate Ford Service Manager for the update, and he didn't reply me yet! And of course I bet even the contract uploaded, they will denied the repair is not included in the warranty. Think twice before buying vehicle from AutoNation in the future. I lost the trust for AutoNation forever! More
