Poor service and long wait times , my truck was there over a week for an issue they should have resolved in one day. Horrible trying to get a hold of anyone to follow up on status of vehicle. Absolutely the worst customer service!!!! From buying the vehicle to repairs since purchasing. They care nothing about their customers. Just made the first payment and it has been in the shop 3 times without vehicle to repairs since purchasing. They care nothing about their customers. Just made the first payment and it has been in the shop 3 times without fixing things. Only thing repaired properly was done at a different dealership under extended warranty that I purchased. DO NOT buy from or use this dealership for service. And, don’t even try to speak with their GM. They are all WORTHLESS!!!!! More

I took my 2015 Dart in for an oil change and state inspection. I didn't have to wait too long to get the car checked in and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. They provided me with a inspection. I didn't have to wait too long to get the car checked in and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. They provided me with a list of upcoming and recommended service items with quotes for everything. The only reason for the 4 star review was the fact the service rep. kept calling me sir.
