I don't feel I can take my car in or service as it will cause me distress by not having a loaner, and by the condition I will get my car back is less lackluster than when I brought it in like. Also, service tech left my 2021 Ram with the window down and the keys inside the cab the entire time as it just sat there in service line.The entire service team looked like chickens with no heads that morning.
