Absolute worst auto service experience in my life. rivalled only by the last time i took my car there for service. i should have known when the customer behind me said he was there to either find out rivalled only by the last time i took my car there for service. i should have known when the customer behind me said he was there to either find out what was going on with his car or he was simply going to pick it up and take it someplace else. i dropped my car off Monday morning, by appointment at 10:45 am for a freon check/compressor check. on Tuesday late afternoon i asked whether they had diagnosed my car yet. the service advisor said no, but that the tech promised it would be done on wednesday. wednesday? nothing. no call or text. no response to my calls or texts. thursday, more of the same. friday i called and texted saying i would be by to pick up my car by noon if i hadn't heard from them. and that included if i did finally hear from them if they said they diagnosed it but would have to order a part. sure enough. they called to tell me i needed a compressor, but they would have to order a part. i picked up my car and took it elsewhere. i will never go back to that dealership. i only gave it one star because a star was required. this dealership deserves zero stars. Had new 22 ram in to fix two problems…. Sirius and radio….had for 3 days…Sirius was fixed but radio problem wasn’t and wasn’t even on work order….advisor said if I get there early they can g Sirius and radio….had for 3 days…Sirius was fixed but radio problem wasn’t and wasn’t even on work order….advisor said if I get there early they can get me out in 2 hours for fixing radio. Brought it back and after 6 hours told them I was picking it up fixed or not……..it wasn’t fixed (radio would not play on acc)…….went on ram forum and researched….poster said that’s the way it works…you have to quickly punch start button twice to get radio to work without starting engine…….I WOULD EXPECT A TECH TO KNOW THIS AND SAVE ME THE TROUBLE OF FINDING THE CURE MYSELF IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN……also getting to talk to a service supervisor Is impossible as I tried about 15 times before going through new car sales where they answer the phones immediately……funny that when they want to sell something it’s quick and courteous but after the sale it’s not….advisor seemed to care less and after his failure to fix radio problem he didn’t even apologize but simply gave me my fob and walked away…..very poor customer service. Finally got to a service “supervisor “ who assured me someone would call…I’m not holding my breath as it’s already been 4 days. More

Service is satisfactory but I would have liked a better communication about what was transpiring with my vehicle. I understand parts at this time are difficult to procure. It would have been nice to have been notified of problems and progress over the almost two weeks the dealership had my truck. The other issue I had was that at this time there were no loaners for use. It was fortunate that I had the use of a second vehicle as inconvenient as it was for the rest of my family. All in all it was not as smooth an interaction as it should have been. More
My service advisor, Craig, took very good care of me. Let me drink all their coffee. And did an incredible job on my Pacifica S. Special shout out to Anthony the technician who handled my issue like a champ and had me out of there in no time!
