The service department has had my mini van for over 2 months and still can’t seem to figure out the problem. The communication is non existent unless we are constantly calling for updates. We have escala months and still can’t seem to figure out the problem. The communication is non existent unless we are constantly calling for updates. We have escalated to corporate and still have issues. For example, the new issue had back ordered parts delivered end of last week. They supposedly worked on it Friday and Saturday, so when we called for an update Monday morning we were excited to hear they were putting things back together to be able to test drive. Monday evening, we call again. And they’re still putting things back together and didn’t test drive until after lunch Tuesday. Where another issue popped up and now there is more to be looked into. I can’t imagine the number of miles they’ve test driven it. To top it off, we were refused any loaner car, rental help, or empathy for the situation. Beyond frustrated and will speak about this situation and recommend against ALL business with this dealership and service department. More

I took our Ram to the dealer because of some possible warranty issues. My service advisor, Joseph, listened to my concerns and was upfront about everything. I left the truck and went home. Later that day I got a call from the dealership; they had already started looking at it. I am very happy with the level of service I received and the information they provided me with. The tech even met with me to explain and make sure we were all on the same page. The tech new his stuff and I was confident he was familiar with my vehicle. More
My truck was in and out much quicker than I had anticipated. Craig, the Service Writer, took a personal interest in my truck and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
