Ladies and others looking to purchase from this dealership...think twice. Actually, if you find a vehicle you'd like to see from this dealership, contact AutoNation Huyndai and ask them to get the dealership...think twice. Actually, if you find a vehicle you'd like to see from this dealership, contact AutoNation Huyndai and ask them to get the specific vehicle taken to their dealership to avoid what I am going through! Avoid working with AN/Chrysler Dodge jeep Ram at all cost. If I could rate less than a 1, I would. As an International, female college student and first time buyer, I went to Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram on 12/16/2020 to look at a vehicle I found on their website. The day I went, I arrived at 7:00 PM and was eventually referred to Will Dorsett, Internet Sales Manager. After a test ride, I decided against the car and had mentioned finding another at the AutoNation Huyndai. I was pressured for over 4 hours to purchase a newer car through financing. Finally, around 11:00 PM, I agreed to put $1,000 down on the vehicle from the AN/Huyndai. The payment was immediately taken from my account via debit card. On 12/18, I returned to look at the 2nd vehicle. I again met with Will Dorsett. Will gave me the keys to "look" at the vehicle while he tended to another customer and set up my meeting with Finance. When Will returned, I advised I wanted to take the car to my mechanic to get it looked at. He stated I could take the car AFTER I completed the "deal". I had not even driven or ridden in the car! Will again left me sitting for over 30 minutes before I decided to call off the deal and asked the front desk employee to have Will call me. At this point, I had waited for over 2 hours total during this visit. When Will called, he again pressured me to complete the sale. At 3:45, I sent him a text advising him I wanted to cancel the sale and get my money back. I sent another text at 4:30 and 5:10 requesting proof of refund. Will did not return the text until after 6:00 PM then stated he'd talk to the finance manager. At some point the next week he advised it would take 14 days for the refund...from a debit card??? At 14 days, I again contacted Will about the refund. He then said it was 14 business days. During this time, I checked with another AutoNation to ask about the time it took to get a refund from a debit card. I as advised it should be completed within the same day. During this time, I found another vehicle through a reputible dealership. The owner of the dealership contacted Will to request the funds to be released immediately. Will refused to be of assitance and refused to give the name of the General Manager. He refused to help in any way. When advised I would be writing a review, he did not care and told me to go ahead and do so. Why? $1,000 which can be returned in a matter of minutes. What point does he have to prove? Why refuse to help? Customer service does not mean anything to this dealership. I strongly suggest not purchasing from this dealership. They have a 1.9 web rating and a 3.9 Google rating. I wish I had looked at reviews before spending my time with these people. Find your car elsewhere! More

We were directed to the used car center and were immediately surprised to find the showroom in such poor condition. The furniture looked like it was bought at a garage sale. I've seen thrift stores with better appeal! The showroom had one car in it, a Nissan 200SX but it was dirty. I went with my wife but the sales rep never acknowledged her presence or even introduced himself to her. He was polite and courteous but only to me. I would never consider purchasing a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership as they don't seem to have a clue as to how to generate a pleasant used car buying experience. More

After a short look-over on the vehicle I went for a quick test drive. I liked it and went home to look at financing options and asked in my communications with Matt if I could put some money down on it to hold it until I got funding squared away. The sales director called me and basically said that unless I was 100% ready to move forward they wouldn't hold the vehicle for any amount of down payment, citing if I changed my mind, it would be hard to get the money back and basically money down = down payment, etc. Ok, I'm 98% but I guess I get that, even if it other dealerships are be willing to reserve a car for a customer. I got pre-approval through a bank the dealership works with, and went back around 4:30 to go over the vehicle in detail and took another test drive with Johnny. He was very nice and helpful as I checked that the options that I didn't have time for on my initial visit. He walked me through the fwd, diff lock, etc. After Johnny and I arrived back at the dealership I told the Matt and the Director that I was ready to pull the trigger and filled out the credit app and was approved. About this time I see the FJ drive by with other customers in it, which I find a little confusing since I'm pre-qualified and committed. However the numbers that are coming back to me are not matching up to the pre-qual through Capital One. I didn't realize it at the time, but I was getting slow-rolled while another salesman was working the new customer who was engaged after I was for a higher interest rate. I have no way of knowing who was responsible for making that decision... The director or perhaps a finance manager, but someone realized the situation and perpetuated it. There is a certain level of trust that has to be realized on both sides of a deal, and the actions taken last night made it clear that is not something that is pursued from this dealership. Perhaps one could say, "It's just business," but this goes against what I heard on the phone with the director, which was the vehicle would go to whomever was "committed" and "ready to pay." I was the first in line ready and willing to do so. If I would have realized I was being pitted against another buyer after my commitment, I would have walked immediately. I fully understand that car dealerships are in business to make money and I know it has been a seller's market since early summer. However, I am actually surprised when the dealership put was willing to sacrifice integrity to gain for a few points from their share on an auto loan. Maybe I shouldn't be. It's probably a rare situation to have two customers ready to move on the same vehicle at the same time, but I guess that's what happened. Maybe I'm just old school, but there is something to be said about building relationships with your employees and customers. Every bit of research I've seen over the summer shows that dealerships are doing record numbers. However, one day the worm will turn. If an organization has been conducting ethical ways of doing business, there will still customers and staff who trust in your reputation and business practices that will continue to work with you in the future. I doubt most who have had an experience with the dealership will be willing to return a second time. I wish I would have read the dealer reviews before going in. If you've followed this far, do yourself a favor and do business somewhere else. Also, if you are the type to have concerns about social distancing and wearing a mask to help prevent the spread of COVID 19, this is not an environment you will feel comfortable putting yourself or your family in. I was shopping online for a Jeep Gladiator and was fully aware of how online pricing could be misleading. AutoNation was offering a retired service loaner for $39.933 online and I had been in communication aware of how online pricing could be misleading. AutoNation was offering a retired service loaner for $39.933 online and I had been in communication with their salesperson for a week or two. When it came time for me to purchase the vehicle, they sent me the credit application. I completed the application and then heard nothing in response. After multiple text messages to the salesperson requesting a response, I was informed that a manager would be calling me. (I do not have an issue with my credit, btw) A manager never called. After over 30 hours I finally told the salesperson to give me the name and number of the manager that was supposed to call me. At that point, I was informed that the price was incorrect online and that the price was now $5,000 higher. I asked for the name and number of the manager that made that decision and chose not to honor the posted price. Her response was to hand me to a manager (not the one that I asked for) without any background information and then run away. When explaining the situation to him, I was told that I should have known that the price wasn't correct because it was too low! Really? No offer to reduce the price to even get close to their posted price. (I also had the price via an emailed buy sheet as well) The manager that made the decision finally called me after I requested a call back from the other manager and he informed me that he was never supposed to call me. When I asked why everyone involved in the situation seemed to be blaming each other, he hung up on me. I left a voicemail with the GM and never received a call from him either. Poor service, no ethics, and an illegal bait and switch that they claim is an "error". Don't ever deal with this dealership, salesperson Kate Kim, manager Vijay Desai, or GM Dustin Osborne. More

After 2nd service and 12 days in shop combined they said they were operating correctly and would wipe sometimes with no rain. Said they could do no more for me and I could take to another shop if I did not like there response. Why did they let me bring vehicle in for service if operating correctly? Went to sales department and sat in a new truck with option and it did not wipe with no rain and sales rep said that was not correct. Took to another dealership and they fixed within an hour. The sensor had become dislodged from the windshield and even waving your hand in front of it was setting it off. More
