Absolutely horrible service at the used car center. We filled out our application online, they ran our credit and told us we were approved for the vehicle we wanted. So then we drove our family down there filled out our application online, they ran our credit and told us we were approved for the vehicle we wanted. So then we drove our family down there, an hour away, young kids and all. We were ignored for 30 minutes. Finally we approached a guy, he said he would check on the info. He disappears. The next guy looks it up and says he's gonna go get the keys. Never see him again either. We sit there for 2 hrs and finally a guy had us fill out the same application as online...again. then of course it takes longer. Finally we leave because everyone was starving. They say they will call us in the morning. We get called in the morning, and after the manager had already approved us, now they want 4k down. Let's not forget that their advertisement said zero down. Absolutely a huge waste of time,money, hard inquiries, and sanity. Dont come here. More

He knew I wasn't gonna be in town after purchasing the vehicle and now I have to FLY back from Maryland since I am stationed at the base, to not only cancel but JUST to talk to this guy who have been dodging me until my 30 day mark passes since I will be penalized after if I cancel. I might even pursue legal action and sue for FRAUD since he did not disclose any prices to me about the add ons he practically snuck in the contract. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do Not GO to this dealership. More

He tried to low ball my trade by over $1300 that 3 other dealer appraisals (yesterday) were and acted like he was helping me out when I said NO by matching them. Then he stated that he would also throw in a tax break for the trade as if its special to that dealer. FOR THE GRAND FINALE, we settled on trade amount and final price of the truck, so this manager proceeds to tell me that they WON'T be accepting my USAA financing because they don't give him a "kickback"..... CRAZY He said if I wanted the truck, I "need to do him a favor," since he's doing me one. He stated that I needed to finance through them or hand him a cashier's check rather than call USAA for their money. He said that I have good credit (even though I never provided a social security number for a credit check) and said that Bank of America is the back that will help him with a "kickback" and I need to go with them. I walked away because he was to slimy to work with after that. Watch out for these shady sales managers here!!! More
The dealership called and wanted to but back my jeep compass. I explained to Mr.Anderson that i was buying a home and could not have hard inquiries on my credit reports. I now have 9 hard inquiries which Mr.Osborne stated in an email he would get removed. Another lie. If you value your credit score, don't purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

I bought a Ford F-150 in August. It had a small dent on the hood. I was told I would have to leave it w/ them for a week to have it repaired. We made an agreement they would send me a $300 check and I have it repaired. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. My salesman, Kevin, does not seem to care. I have texted/called him several times. The front office has told me I would receive call backs from finance, a manager, you name it but I have heard from NO ONE. This place wants to make a sale and then they are done w/ you. STAY AWAY! I originally had a great time getting in and out quickly and efficiently to get my new vehicle. It turned out later on that the finance associate failed to set up auto payments and even entered my address i and efficiently to get my new vehicle. It turned out later on that the finance associate failed to set up auto payments and even entered my address incorrectly. I had to deal with getting my car back from repo and had to pay the repo lot to get it out. I contacted the dealership to have them help me out in some way, since it was their fault. They refused to help me and basically said it wasn't on them, even with proof that it was their fault. Do not do financing through them or they will screw you over and not help out in any way. Crappy financing team! More

Avoid working with AN/Chrysler Dodge jeep Ram at all cost. If I could rate less than a 1, I would. As an International, female college student and first time buyer, I went to Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram on 12/16/2020 to look at a vehicle I found on their website. The day I went, I arrived at 7:00 PM and was eventually referred to Will Dorsett, Internet Sales Manager. After a test ride, I decided against the car and had mentioned finding another at the AutoNation Huyndai. I was pressured for over 4 hours to purchase a newer car through financing. Finally, around 11:00 PM, I agreed to put $1,000 down on the vehicle from the AN/Huyndai. The payment was immediately taken from my account via debit card. On 12/18, I returned to look at the 2nd vehicle. I again met with Will Dorsett. Will gave me the keys to "look" at the vehicle while he tended to another customer and set up my meeting with Finance. When Will returned, I advised I wanted to take the car to my mechanic to get it looked at. He stated I could take the car AFTER I completed the "deal". I had not even driven or ridden in the car! Will again left me sitting for over 30 minutes before I decided to call off the deal and asked the front desk employee to have Will call me. At this point, I had waited for over 2 hours total during this visit. When Will called, he again pressured me to complete the sale. At 3:45, I sent him a text advising him I wanted to cancel the sale and get my money back. I sent another text at 4:30 and 5:10 requesting proof of refund. Will did not return the text until after 6:00 PM then stated he'd talk to the finance manager. At some point the next week he advised it would take 14 days for the refund...from a debit card??? At 14 days, I again contacted Will about the refund. He then said it was 14 business days. During this time, I checked with another AutoNation to ask about the time it took to get a refund from a debit card. I as advised it should be completed within the same day. During this time, I found another vehicle through a reputible dealership. The owner of the dealership contacted Will to request the funds to be released immediately. Will refused to be of assitance and refused to give the name of the General Manager. He refused to help in any way. When advised I would be writing a review, he did not care and told me to go ahead and do so. Why? $1,000 which can be returned in a matter of minutes. What point does he have to prove? Why refuse to help? Customer service does not mean anything to this dealership. I strongly suggest not purchasing from this dealership. They have a 1.9 web rating and a 3.9 Google rating. I wish I had looked at reviews before spending my time with these people. Find your car elsewhere! More
