I took my Jeep in for a recall, no one called to keep me informed the first day, I called the 2nd no answer, I called the service department 4 times(NO ANSWER) I called the Service Manager several times the informed the first day, I called the 2nd no answer, I called the service department 4 times(NO ANSWER) I called the Service Manager several times the 2nd day(NO ANSWER). I called my service advisor several times(NO ANSWER)Anthony Johnson. I texted him, he finally answered my text. The car had been ready. Very poor communication. Picked up my car, the auto window button was broken off on the drivers side window. I texted Anthony Johnson, he said, they wear out the plastic gets brittle, l told him, I know it, but it was’n broken when I brought it in. I found the button under the front seat, someone threw it under there after breaking it off. I did get it put back on. I didn’t mind that it was broken, the case is that “ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS LET ME KNOW THAT IT HAD BEEN BROKEN OFF. More

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I was referred over to this location BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I was referred over to this location to see Matt Thompson. After 7 hours of being on the lot I was able to drive off with the car BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I was referred over to this location to see Matt Thompson. After 7 hours of being on the lot I was able to drive off with the car I purchased. I was told by Matt that he could get the HUGE crack across the windshield fixed… never happened; when asked about it he says “it passed inspection so we can’t” if I knew that I wouldn’t have got this vehicle! 9 days later my battery dies and NOBODY at this location would help me. They told me it’s past a 5 day warranty and that my 90 day warranty dosent cover the battery. I had to pay the $95 tow fee anyways and STILL have a car with a dead battery! I haven’t even had to put more gas in it yet, and it’s useless currently Also Matt has been avoiding my calls and messages ever since I left the lot that first day DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND OR MONEY! Absolutely horrible service at the used car center. We filled out our application online, they ran our credit and told us we were approved for the vehicle we wanted. So then we drove our family down there filled out our application online, they ran our credit and told us we were approved for the vehicle we wanted. So then we drove our family down there, an hour away, young kids and all. We were ignored for 30 minutes. Finally we approached a guy, he said he would check on the info. He disappears. The next guy looks it up and says he's gonna go get the keys. Never see him again either. We sit there for 2 hrs and finally a guy had us fill out the same application as online...again. then of course it takes longer. Finally we leave because everyone was starving. They say they will call us in the morning. We get called in the morning, and after the manager had already approved us, now they want 4k down. Let's not forget that their advertisement said zero down. Absolutely a huge waste of time,money, hard inquiries, and sanity. Dont come here. More

He knew I wasn't gonna be in town after purchasing the vehicle and now I have to FLY back from Maryland since I am stationed at the base, to not only cancel but JUST to talk to this guy who have been dodging me until my 30 day mark passes since I will be penalized after if I cancel. I might even pursue legal action and sue for FRAUD since he did not disclose any prices to me about the add ons he practically snuck in the contract. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do Not GO to this dealership. More

We decided to move to purchase after looking at it and test driving THE WARNING: The Ram 1500 advertised was exactly right. I was happy with that. We decided to move to purchase after looking at it and test driving THEN... the "manager" came over. He tried to low ball my trade by over $1300 that 3 other dealer appraisals (yesterday) were and acted like he was helping me out when I said NO by matching them. Then he stated that he would also throw in a tax break for the trade as if its special to that dealer. FOR THE GRAND FINALE, we settled on trade amount and final price of the truck, so this manager proceeds to tell me that they WON'T be accepting my USAA financing because they don't give him a "kickback"..... CRAZY He said if I wanted the truck, I "need to do him a favor," since he's doing me one. He stated that I needed to finance through them or hand him a cashier's check rather than call USAA for their money. He said that I have good credit (even though I never provided a social security number for a credit check) and said that Bank of America is the back that will help him with a "kickback" and I need to go with them. I walked away because he was to slimy to work with after that. Watch out for these shady sales managers here!!! More
