My buying experience at the dealership is mainly based on how I was treated by the salesperson. I thought that my salesperson (Ms. K. Kim) was a model of how a salesperson should be. I took my Ram truck to them for service. I told them it sounded like something was stuck in the wheel well and rubbing. They told me it was the rear differential gear box. $1300 repair. They kept my tru sounded like something was stuck in the wheel well and rubbing. They told me it was the rear differential gear box. $1300 repair. They kept my truck for a week waiting for the part. When they put it up on the lift a week later, they saw a bolt was loose and grinding on the FRONT wheel well. They misdiagnosed my truck without even putting it on a lift to inspect, and kept the truck for a week, then charged me $180 to screw the loose bolt in. So...yeah. If I keep this truck, I will go to another Ram dealership for service. More
