In fact, NO stars. The service was the worst that I have ever experienced in an auto dealer service department. Have dealt with the dealership for over 20 years and I am appalled at the treatment by the Used Car Lot. I walked in an all salespeople were sitting in an office: eating and on the computers. Stood there 20 mins before someone came out to assist and took the information and then passed me off to another salesman That person took me for test drive (barely) and then when I asked about the vehicle, he states you can see what it has. Upon return they were going to rate my vehicle for trade in -- well they left me standing there for well over 30 min with no contact by anyone. Other people had been sitting at a table for well over an hour waiting for their salesperson. Finally, salesperson came out and went into office with all the others, sat down and played on computer. No one ever came back out and spoke to me -- I waited over 30 minutes. Needless, to say that is a sale that they lost and I will never deal with their Used Lot again. More
