In fact, NO stars. The service was the worst that I have ever experienced in an auto dealer service department. I was ignored when I arrived, and apparently, other customers’ business were more important, t ever experienced in an auto dealer service department. Have dealt with the dealership for over 20 years and I am appalled at the treatment by the Used Car Lot. I walked in an all salespeople were sitting in an office: eating and on the computers. Stood there 20 mins before someone came out to assist and took the information and then passed me off to another salesman That person took me for test drive (barely) and then when I asked about the vehicle, he states you can see what it has. Upon return they were going to rate my vehicle for trade in -- well they left me standing there for well over 30 min with no contact by anyone. Other people had been sitting at a table for well over an hour waiting for their salesperson. Finally, salesperson came out and went into office with all the others, sat down and played on computer. No one ever came back out and spoke to me -- I waited over 30 minutes. Needless, to say that is a sale that they lost and I will never deal with their Used Lot again. More
Absolutely disgusted I went to test drive a car. Nobody had told me it was a one price shop so I tell them what I want to spend and after awhile I said I was allset. After I left someone called me from the had told me it was a one price shop so I tell them what I want to spend and after awhile I said I was allset. They said they were the general manager and if I like to take cars on joy rides Mind you I drove the car around the block. I wouldn't send my worst fnemy here stay away. More
My buying experience at the dealership is mainly based on how I was treated by the salesperson. I thought that my salesperson (Ms. K. Kim) was a model of how a salesperson should be. She called me as soon how I was treated by the salesperson. I thought that my salesperson (Ms. K. Kim) was a model of how a salesperson should be. She called me as soon as the car I was interested in arrived from the factory. She seemed excited to see me when I arrived and took me on a very thorough test drive. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, not pushy or demeaning in any way. She me feel important and seemed committed to my satisfaction. She was a pleasure to work with, and made my buying experience an exceptional one. More
Anthony Williamson was hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He wasn’t pushy, he listened to my needs and delivered. He responded to my questions via email quickly as well. He went over and beyond to make sure my experience buying a car was spectacular.
