made the reservation over the phone as the person how long it will take for the work to be done she told me our and a half or hour 45 show up when my appointment talk to Mr. Johnson he told me the same thing I decided to wait for a car for 4 1/2 hours no updates or what is the status in my car I want to talk to the office Johnson told me he will go to chick came back 1015 minutes it will be done 15 minutes turn to be out in a half for oil change and tire rotations very unhappy And disappointment it will never never never go back there
