Absolutely the worst customer service!!!! From buying the vehicle to repairs since purchasing. They care nothing about their customers. Just made the first payment and it has been in the shop 3 times without vehicle to repairs since purchasing. They care nothing about their customers. Just made the first payment and it has been in the shop 3 times without fixing things. Only thing repaired properly was done at a different dealership under extended warranty that I purchased. DO NOT buy from or use this dealership for service. And, don’t even try to speak with their GM. They are all WORTHLESS!!!!! More

I was charged $4,642 above what I agreed to pay. How on earth could something like that happen? I’ve got the step-by-step to watch for. I found 2 models of the 2021 RAM 1500 online. One was $29,999 and earth could something like that happen? I’ve got the step-by-step to watch for. I found 2 models of the 2021 RAM 1500 online. One was $29,999 and the other was $30,999, which the website showed as MRSP of $39,235 and included a rebate for $1,500, another for $1,000, and “Autonation Savings” of $5,736. I discussed the differences with Kevin St. Louis, my salesperson, and decided to take the more expensive model. I asked, “the price is $30,999, right?” and he confirmed, “yes.” Someone from finance put a sheet of paper on a lobby coffee table which looked like a printout from their website, and pointed at the bottom where he had entered some figures. He explained that an estimated payment amount based on my credit score would put my monthly payments around 4 different rows based on which contract length I chose. He drew a line by those payment options and said that he would reach out to banks if I signed that paper. I let him know that based on what he had just done, I was 50/50 and expected at least ½ of that rate. Kevin returned the 2nd time with a similar piece of paper and did indeed show almost exactly ½ the interest rate, drew a line next to the payments at the bottom and asked me to sign it so they could get everything started. Before going to finance, Kevin returned with another sheet of paper. He said that they accidently wrote everything up on the cheaper of the 2 trucks and just noticed so he needed me to sign this new sheet. I said, “so I am buying the one for $30,999, right?” and he said “yes.” In the finance office, Nick Kupara said he was able to get my interest rate down to about ½ off the last amount seen if I got an extended warranty. After reviewing all the available features, I asked a couple times to specify what came with the one showing $3,351. I said, “ok, I’ll take the one for $3,351.” Next, the entire contract was all on an iPad with no figures on any of the pages. I read over the summarized sections and initialed along the way. It was all fast and easy. Nick said that he was printing everything out and would return in a minute. When he did, everything was in a thick folder which he stuffed full of several brochures and told me to read over these when I get home because they described how the features of my warranty worked. He stood by his door and didn’t offer the folder until I got up and walked to him, then lead me out to meet Kevin. Kevin said that I would be getting a survey which would be based on his service. He said that those surveys impacted his pay and asked if I had any reason to not give a perfect score, that I reach out to him first so he can resolve any issue. Up to this point, I was very pleased. I finally looked at my paperwork after the weekend and was very confused. Nothing had a sales price and the items which were detailed didn’t add up. Plus, the amount financed was way more than it should have been. I reached out to Kevin and he had Nick call me. Nick sent the retail purchase agreement which I didn’t have and called to discuss. Interestingly, this had my signature on it. I discovered that the signatures and initials I had provided when agreeing to the verbiage summarized on his iPad were digitally transferred to the actual sales and contract details with all the monetary figures. The retail purchase agreement showed an additional $1,676 for optional accessories and a $909 appearance protection. At the very bottom, along with my $3,351 warranty was a $1,087 tire and wheel protection and $970 maintenance package. After replaying the details of what I agreed to in our conversation and the exact dollars spoken, he said he could easily get the maintenance and coverage items taken off and emailed me a product cancellation request. I signed and returned; he confirmed receipt and said he would have it sent to the bank that evening. When asked about the remaining optional accessories, he said that I had signed a piece of paper before coming to his office which included those. This would be what looked like the online printout laid across from me with attention called to the finance details at the bottom. Evidence in these items not being disclosed can be served by the fact that a 3rd version was given because the wrong truck with a lower price was originally used. Nobody caught that and in hindsight I can see the deliberate distraction from that portion. After reaching out to Kevin, I was told that all of their trucks come with those additional accessories installed and apologized if I missed that. I replayed what we had discussed and explained that I expected a resolution. He and his sales manager, Ruben Tarango, stopped responding to my follow ups. After 6 weeks, my bank confirmed one item for $970 was removed. In reviewing the items listed, they didn’t even see a $909 appearance protection. That must have meant that it wasn’t an added protection but baked into the vehicle’s sales price. Sadly, I received some chuckles when describing my situation with having extra things added and was advised to contact the dealership. Nick eventually reached out the department handling these requests and confirmed 2 were just taken care of and the last was still being processed, then asked that I give another 2 weeks before checking with the bank. If finance delivers on their commitment, sales is still blowing me off for the other $1,676, despite my attempts to follow up with no response. I can only assume that people who provide positive feedback for this dealer never discovered the hidden items they unknowingly purchased. More

I took my 2015 Dart in for an oil change and state inspection. I didn't have to wait too long to get the car checked in and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. They provided me with a inspection. I didn't have to wait too long to get the car checked in and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. They provided me with a list of upcoming and recommended service items with quotes for everything. The only reason for the 4 star review was the fact the service rep. kept calling me sir. I'm not a guy. More
