The only problem that was unsatisfactory was not just having a 3 hour and wait period but when my vehicle was ready, I had to wait another 30 minutes unable to leave due to a meeting all the service reps having a 3 hour and wait period but when my vehicle was ready, I had to wait another 30 minutes unable to leave due to a meeting all the service reps were having to attend and no one to check me out. I took my new truck there for an oil change & service, merely for the convenience of its location. However, I was impressed by the speed and thoroughness of the services I received. Craig was the Servic merely for the convenience of its location. However, I was impressed by the speed and thoroughness of the services I received.
