Terrible service, had appointment for oil change and they never looked at the truck after one hour and forty five minute, no oil change was performed Service never called or looked for me as I waited they never looked at the truck after one hour and forty five minute, no oil change was performed Service never called or looked for me as I waited at dealer. The Service Manager needs to be fired. Also, service tech left my 2021 Ram with the window down and the keys inside the cab the entire time as it just sat there in service line.The entire service team looked like chickens with no heads that morning. I don’t know why people make appointments there if the service department can not provide a service. Our Time is Valuable and to sit there and get no Service and No Communication is uncalled for.
