Kate answered all my questions up front before I even got to the dealership. The trade-in was fast and fair, and financing was quick and made sure they got me where I wanted to be on payment. The process of buying a car here is too slow They have only one finance manager taking care of 80 customers at one time. You were sit in the lobby for 5 and 6 hours and end up having to come back the next only one finance manager taking care of 80 customers at one time. You were sit in the lobby for 5 and 6 hours and end up having to come back the next day. I was able to leave with a vehicle And every day it was something different. ( bring this, bring that) I drove back and forth for weeks and it's been a month now and my contract is still not signed. I am waiting for them to email it to me. I've made numerous calls and all I ever get is they will get back to me which they haven't yet. The people are nice though whenever you can catch up with them. More

The dealership handled my warranty issue very professionally. AJ was nice and called back right away if he wasn’t able to answer. It took longer than expected so they were able to put me in a loa professionally. AJ was nice and called back right away if he wasn’t able to answer.
