I would not leave with my own car. I would actually get into another car and help us out. Hannah went over and above to try to talk to the new car area to her friends over there when we got there. My wife is already wanting Out because it was the most worst experience she’s ever had when I told them that they have an hour to try to figure something out because my daughter was hungry. Been there since 3:30 in the afternoon get over there to the new car side they said there’s a lot of incentives they can help with the upside down. We already told him where our payments could be on the used car side and the lady that I had at the side acted like I told him he had an hour to try to figure it out what they could do act like she didn’t care after I said that it was a wasted six hours when it highly recommend this dealership only if you want a bad experience screwed around and left very unhappy and lied to and also they try to put me in a jeep gladiator when I was looking over at the used I wanted to look at the chief wranglers cause I was told over the phone that I would be leaving with the car if I come over there then they want to put a bunch of money down lowballed me on the used car side new car side wanted to give me 25,000 used car side only said they could give me 12,000 is that it’s the same dealership when they gave the numbers for the gladiator on the new car side, it was gonna be almost $50,000 with almost $900 a month payment. How’s that help? They could’ve done more to help us out because as long as we’ve been there waiting to see if they could do anything for us and try to make us a customer like they said they wanted us to be. They said they needed to sell cars. They had a quota they needed to meet before the end of the year. Only once they were the only ones they were helping out and doing the most for is the ones that look like they had a lot of money fancy cars they were bringing in and didn’t want to help out the working class people so if you look flashy with a lot of jewelry or anything on, they helped you out more than they would anybody else very very very bad experience and left very unhappy and ticked off that they get it done more than what they did, and a lowball, the crap out of my wives SUV, and wouldn’t even help her after I denied what they were trying to make me do on a jeep gladiator in the new side was told by me that I had no credit probably no money to put down but they still said they would work with us. I have 708 credit on Equifax. They asked me if I wanted to cosign to try to get the deal to go through after all that they asked if we had someone to cosign we said no , after that, we were pushed off on the back burner like we didn’t matter to any of them at all anymore acting like we were homeless people with no money and not very good service time. I need to put two to $4000 down on the gladiator and I told her I said I couldn’t do anything like that payment. They wouldn’t even help to lower it down at all to where I need to be to make us customers that want to come back and make more car sales with them all said and done from 330. We didn’t get out there until about 745 very unhappy. Only one that replied back and said sorry we couldn’t do anything at all was Hannah and she was telling us that have a good happy New Year’s. Sorry again that we couldn’t do nothing for you. They lowball my car cheaper than Carvana vroom Cowboy Toyota and Carmax so if you wanna go to dealership and get a used car and try to get a good value for your trade-in, they will lowball your cars Value lower than everybody else, so I highly recommend not using this dealership for any purchase More
After my experience, I had to make sure I was a not a ghost. Terrible communication, lost order in parts after several follow up calls. I then thought I would let the GM know how incredibly bad it is back there, left a message, still has not called me back And my wrangler xe is being recalled due to fire hazard…..Chrysler is fun stuff. Had a warranty recall completed by the dealership and it was finished within the time frame that they said it would. It was easy to make an appointment for repair. BEWARE OF FINANCE TRYING TO SELL YOU EXTENDED WARRANTY EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT IT! CHECK THE VEHICLE FOR ANY SCRATCHES OR DINGS BEFORE PURCHASING. My sales rep was Kate Kim. I was overall satisfied with her customer service. She was pretty genuine and professional. I did notice some scratches on the vehicle that no one bothered to tell me about. (I’m sure at least one person at the dealership knew about it.) It was a brand new car so really, it should be flawless, but whatever, they did fix it when I brought it to their attention. My problem was with the finance rep, DANIEL THOMAS. He is my reason I will never purchase from this location again. **After I told him SEVERAL TIMES that I did not want ANY extended warranty, he managed to sneak in a 3 year/36k mile “aftermarket” extended warranty on there for around $1000.** I think $1045 to be exact. I even questioned him about it before signing, and he made it seem like it was a factory warranty…Which, in part, was my fault due to my ignorance and rush in signing the paperwork. Factory warranties does not come with an extra charge, and I was stupid enough to let it go even though in the back of my mind, I knew that was the case. It wasn’t until he messed up on the paperwork, putting my last name first and first name last, and having me re-sign it all that I realized he snuck in that extended warranty! Thankfully, my husband is knowledgeable in purchasing vehicles and brought that to my attention when I had to re-sign. I am so upset at the fact that he did that to me and felt like he really took advantage of me. Never again! I’ve attached a photo of my conversation with him through text when I reviewed the paperwork after he told me I had to re-sign. I’ve also attached photos of the scratches on a brand new vehicle that shouldn’t even be there. **Side note: They had me fill out a couple of surveys while I was there… during the purchasing process in which at the time, I was overall satisfied and had put that on the survey. But now I wish I could go back and change it.** MAIN POINT… Read all of the paperwork thoroughly, don’t rush, question every $ amount that is on there, and don’t trust FINANCE because they will try to sell you extra things that you don’t need. More
