I took my jeep in for an oil change and to look at a possible loose bracket. The service agent was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He told me the car would be ready in about 1 and 1/2 hrs. The entire process took entirely too long. Customer service was pushy and not inviting. I would not recommend buying from this property. Buying a vehicle should not take 5 hours at a dealership this day in age. The fact that the repairs have not been addressed is a major issue. I wanted to by a Jeep Gladiator so I emailed Greg to get some information. Greg quickly responded to all my emails and text. After the test drive we texted back and forth and worked out a deal. He had everything ready when I got there to sign paperwork. I was going out of town the next day and I told Greg I needed a bed cover before I left. He made some calls and made it happen. The finance team got everything done quickly and efficiently. They even got us a great deal on a maintenance package so I dont have to worry about anything for the next few years. I didn’t have time to sit a dealer and have long conversations on the phone but AutoNation really let me buy a vehicle the way I needed to. It was a great experience!
