I took our Ram to the dealer because of some possible warranty issues. My service advisor, Joseph, listened to my concerns and was upfront about everything. We have had a horrendous experience with this dealership. Isaiah was our sales rep and he was great to deal with, but since then all of the service I’ve received has been abysmal. We bought a brand new SUV a Isaiah was our sales rep and he was great to deal with, but since then all of the service I’ve received has been abysmal. We bought a brand new SUV and it immediately started having issues with the infotainment system glitching, crashing and not recognizing our user profiles. The keys didn’t work and all of these sensors kept going off- nightmare. When we called to get the one month old car in to be serviced, we got the runaround and were told they don’t offer loaners which is absolutely insane to me. We have one car so we can’t be without a car that long. We arranged to have the car picked up since we wouldn’t have any way to get home and then the scheduled pickup time came and went. After four calls, we still couldn’t get anywhere so my husband had to drive to the dealership to speak to the manager and finally get him to agree to a loaner. When my husband went back a few days later, the manager had no idea that they’d spoken just a few days later- absurd. The car was finally returned over a week later and it was unwashed and smelled strange. Our other car is a Lexus and the service experience could not be more opposite. We’ve had keeps before and never experienced such abysmal service. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed. More
