Had a wonderful experience with this dealership and recommend it to all. And a special thank you to Jose Mares who met with me on my first visit along with "AJ". These are great individuals that took care of at times difficult person but were professional and responsive. Kevin is the type of person you want to purchase a vehicle from. Extremely easy to deal with and knows the vehicles he sells. Steve provided me with the purchasing information I needed and answered all my questions, even ones that had nothing to do with car buying. Chris talked me down off the ledge when I was being difficult and appreciate everyone's attentiveness and understanding. Not ready to declare my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland the last vehicle I ever own since it is my 20th but look forward to returning for service and another deal one day if they still want to have anything to do with me! Made appointment for 1:00 pm and was checked in on time for oil change and tire rotation. They did not hold my down payment check for two weeks like I asked them to after they said they would. They cashed it within two days and I got overdraft fees on my bank account which I’m sure they are n like I asked them to after they said they would. They cashed it within two days and I got overdraft fees on my bank account which I’m sure they are not willing to help with. I tried to call and talk to a manager and just kept getting voicemails. I didn’t want a voicemail I wanted a real person so I called back and I guess they could see my number and name on the caller ID and would pick up the phone and immediately send me to a voicemail. so I had to call the new car side and they got me in touch with a lady named Mia she was nice but couldn’t do anything. she had a salesman named David that I have never spoken to reach out to me in text message and all he said was “Mia asked me to reach out about the check that was run too early” I told him the problem and have not heard anything back they have horrible customer service and once they sell you a vehicle they don’t give a crap about you after that. I will never do business with AutoNation again. More
