They did not hold my down payment check for two weeks like I asked them to after they said they would. They cashed it within two days and I got overdraft fees on my bank account which I’m sure they are n like I asked them to after they said they would. They cashed it within two days and I got overdraft fees on my bank account which I’m sure they are not willing to help with. I tried to call and talk to a manager and just kept getting voicemails. I didn’t want a voicemail I wanted a real person so I called back and I guess they could see my number and name on the caller ID and would pick up the phone and immediately send me to a voicemail. so I had to call the new car side and they got me in touch with a lady named Mia she was nice but couldn’t do anything. she had a salesman named David that I have never spoken to reach out to me in text message and all he said was “Mia asked me to reach out about the check that was run too early” I told him the problem and have not heard anything back they have horrible customer service and once they sell you a vehicle they don’t give a crap about you after that. I will never do business with AutoNation again. More

The service department has had my mini van for over 2 months and still can’t seem to figure out the problem. The communication is non existent unless we are constantly calling for updates. We have escala months and still can’t seem to figure out the problem. The communication is non existent unless we are constantly calling for updates. We have escalated to corporate and still have issues. For example, the new issue had back ordered parts delivered end of last week. They supposedly worked on it Friday and Saturday, so when we called for an update Monday morning we were excited to hear they were putting things back together to be able to test drive. Monday evening, we call again. And they’re still putting things back together and didn’t test drive until after lunch Tuesday. Where another issue popped up and now there is more to be looked into. I can’t imagine the number of miles they’ve test driven it. To top it off, we were refused any loaner car, rental help, or empathy for the situation. Beyond frustrated and will speak about this situation and recommend against ALL business with this dealership and service department. More

Easy to work with and purchase process was very quick. I was able to negotiate a decent price for a new Challenger and they didn't waste my time. Total time in the dealership was less than 3 hours and t I was able to negotiate a decent price for a new Challenger and they didn't waste my time.
