Re: AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM North Richland Hills This is a public service announcement to future buyers at this business, be very careful doing business here, very dishonest business practi Hills This is a public service announcement to future buyers at this business, be very careful doing business here, very dishonest business practices at play, I would suggest you TAPE and RECORD all conversation I purchased a truck here, it was very dirty and took a few days to be ready which was no problem, however I was told I have 5 days to bring the truck back if there was any problem, well after a few days and not receiving any paperwork I called and ask for my paperwork and was told by a Mr. Jason Klein (finance Director) that he was going to do me a favor by sending documents for a truck that I came in and bought, Really Mr. Klein I don't think that's how it works. I also decline any add On's however things were still added in, all in all, this was a very bad deal, please be warned do not trust them, take steps to protect yourself or do business elsewhere. More

I found customer service to be lacking in the service dept. when I picked up my vehicle from having some body work done( damage caused by your employee) the man handed me my keys and pointed saying your dept. when I picked up my vehicle from having some body work done( damage caused by your employee) the man handed me my keys and pointed saying your truck is over there, no one accompanied me to see if I was satisfied with the work, also I had to remove some of the masking material myself.
