Which was unbeknownst to me and my thought process was if they weren’t able to get approvals in the first few banks, they should have communicated this with me. Allowing me to make the call on creating that many inquires which took about 50 points away from my FICO score. Again, this was not communicated to me and I found out several days later after I received notifications from my credit monitor. Still satisfied with the price paid but not thrilled with the team that decided to have so many banks inquire without asking me first. More

Great customer service. I called ahead and went on my lunch break to test drive a vehicle. They made it quick and easy.
