After finding a Gladiator online, the salesman emailed me a buyer worksheet with a higher price and milage at 16. When I arrived at dealership, the vehicle had 3500 miles. I refused the purchase, so he said he would find an identical vehicle for same price. When he handed me the new buyer worksheet, it was for $1200 more. I talked with the sales manager, and he said it was because that one was more expensive, even though it was identical. I recommended one that had less options and with a cheaper MSRP. He priced that one even high than the previous one. They tried a "bait and switch", then lied about why they couldn't honor their word. Do NOT buy here! More

Their large inventory of Jeeps first attracted me to go there. The showroom and cars surrounding the showroom were freshly washed and ready to be driven. Lexi was my salesperson. We discussed the advertised price and she made adjustments to be more competitive. I was then introduced to the finance department and they arranged financing for me. I was introduced to other members of their team who gave me their cards in case I needed anything after I took delivery. Then, what really surprised me, Lexi offered to drive my new Jeep to my home in Wichita Falls that is 120 miles away. That was great since I thought I was going to have to pay for a delivery service at my expense. I love this Jeep and Lexi and the AutoNation team made it perfect. More

Talked to Joe, who is used car coordinator,who told me I had to go to service myself after signing, and request to have one put on which they did. I purchased the Ram the night before and put down a down payment of 1,000.00 and was promised the bracket,wash,gas,would be done and ready for me the next day when I came in to sign papers. I feel that once the sale was done they could of cared less about me,the customer which I no longer am. More
