Went in for my first oil change at 5000 miles on my new 2021 dodge , first guy tell me to see this guy , this guy tell me to go across the next building to another guy ( not one friendly guy work at this p 2021 dodge , first guy tell me to see this guy , this guy tell me to go across the next building to another guy ( not one friendly guy work at this place) after finally getting some help, this guy come in say I need all types of xxxx done. I told him this is a band new car just bought it from y’all 3 months ago how is it possible that this car needs over $300 dollars of work done on it . After letting him know I wasn’t a xxxx fool and I work hard for my money . He come back with a different price $80. Glad my wife didn’t bring the car in, because she would have just paid the $300 bill . ( I am very Disappointed More

Even after I finished all the paperwork and even sign up for the extra warranty I sat in the showroom 30 to 45 minutes waiting on them to detail and gas up the car. I got the car completely empty. Had to st for the extra warranty I sat in the showroom 30 to 45 minutes waiting on them to detail and gas up the car. I got the car completely empty. Had to stop at the first station I found because it was that empty. I also only got 1 key fob. I've asked about a second one twice with no answers. More
