The mechanic didn’t know how to install the battery and he went and got help and the guy he got didn’t really know how to do it either. They were supposed to do a multi point inspection but they didn’t do it I had to ask after I got the invoice if they did it then I was told no so I asked him to please complete that like they were supposed to.I was told that when you install the battery you have to reset the charging system or it might lead to problems when I ask if they did that I was told no they didn’t and I had to ask would you please do that I’m not sure if it’s true or not but they said they would do it. Customer service is horrible. If you can get them to answer the phone, it is always, "I'll call you back", which never happens. The third phone call was never answered and a voice mail for the customer service manager, picked up, left a voice mail for him, never got a call back. Never heard back from anyone. Two days after my initial phone call, I went to the dealership on a Saturday morning and made the appointment in person. Work is always top notch, but the customer service is horrible and I would not recommend this place to friends. More

Everything was good until they brought the car from Plano-we did not get to test drive the car -until we had already purchased. The car was ready to pick up at 5:30pm , we went to pick the car , car seats were completely wet front and back from a no good detail work., the middle base of the car was faulty and as soon as I left the agency the tire light came on -These are things that should not happen when picking up your purchased car. and no call back from the manager when I asked the sales person to have him call us back.
