We had car towed in due to a battery issue (that we thought was a bigger problem). Car sat there for 4 days without ever being looked at, despite the fact that we set an appointment. When I asked the service advisor why they even had appointments, she said she didn’t know what the appointments were for and it would he 3 more days before they could look at it.
