For starters, when I went to look at the Jeep I purchased, it wasn’t at this location. I was told I’d have to ride with the sales guys to “pick it up” at another location, which was very inconveni purchased, it wasn’t at this location. I was told I’d have to ride with the sales guys to “pick it up” at another location, which was very inconvenient…I ended up followed the sales guy and had to wait two hours to even get the jeep back you the NRH location where I finally got to test drive it for about 10 min. I knew it needed all terrain tires on as they added Mud terrain so it didn’t ride great. We bought it…. Come to find out the whole front end needs to be redone, the last owner beat the crap out of it making the tie rod bars loose, the drag link & the horrible “lift” that was on it… this is going to cost me 2k-3k+.. plus the new AT tires I added is another 2k… overall I’m not happy with the “inspection” we were told it had nor the customer service. I believe the front end should be covered by the dealership…. Also- the transmission is shifting hard at low gears when in traffic and shakes the jeep. Also, when shifting into drive or reverse the Jeep groans and drops a bit. Not sure if that has to do with the front end needing replaced or what. But if I’d have know we’d be spending sooooooo much $$ off the bat, I would not have got this jeep from you. Also, I can’t drive over 60mph as the jeep bump pulls really bad making me white knuckle drive. Scary!!! We also had to drive up a 2nd time to re-sign paperwork, finance said the back didn’t accept the bank statements so we drove back up which is like a 45 min drive or so when I can’t drive the speed limit. Not only all that but the rate% went up several % from the last bank so we ended up paying more out the door. Side note- I don’t think the sales guy actually knew there was anything wrong with it. I’ve personally several new and used vechicles from this dealership. I’m a Mopar person and love the Ram trucks. The buying experience is always great but the after sale falls short as promised. If you have an issue with your purchase and have to leave it for repairs plan on walking. They don’t have loaner vechicles or rentals. You the buyer have to make all of those arrangements. That’s not good for the customer or the dealership reputation in my book. More
