Don’t buy a preowned vehicle from this dealer. Worst dealership I’ve ever bought a vehicle from in my life. I would not recommend anybody buy anything from them! took 3. 5 hours to change oil and 2 filters ..didn't rotate tires or inspect them but charged me when it was free for 3 more visits..back tire driver's side 5 hours to change oil and 2 filters ..didn't rotate tires or inspect them but charged me when it was free for 3 more visits..back tire driver's side had nail and large screw in it that I noticed an hour before bringing it in...the shop contacted me twice once by text once by call trying to upsell other services an to inform me that the back tires had more tread than front therefore not needing rotation that I was charged for but failed to see the 2 large objects in the center of the tire..the dashboard setting was even on the tire pressure 3 tires were thes same 74 the other was 63 but nobody noticed ..after they were done nobody contacted me I was in the lounge area the last 2.5 hours ..30minutes as my truck sat in the parking lot ready but noone said anything I had to got and say hey if my truck is finished I'd like to get back to my job now...this service on this day sucked, failed the safety inspection and rotation of tires that was free but charged me for it...and took 3.5 hours ...the last visit only took 2 and did the exact same service with stellar results but not on Friday 10/22..@12:15-3:30p.m...not able to give any good review at this point and that makes me sad...I should have requested Craig he does his job all the time not partime like the other younger employees..The short lady with glasses is also friendly and always helpful...The lady that takes the money and manages the phone and paperwork Debra I think is the back bone of the whole service department and probably all 3 need a raise ..The rest idk...
