We have had constant issues with getting a resolution to a noise on the car. It has been diagnosed 4 different things and we have had no resolution. My Mom has spoken to Mia three times now and she told my a noise on the car. It has been diagnosed 4 different things and we have had no resolution. My Mom has spoken to Mia three times now and she told my Mom she was going to follow up, but that has not happened. My Mom finally told me she feels we are fighting a loosing battle. She was told to get a rental and now they are stalling are refunding her. Every time my Mom returns Craig, George and Jonathan act as though the same complaint we have been coming in with for four months is new to their ears. What hurts the most is when I first purchased my car I should have learned my lesson then when my championship rings just mysteriously vanished from my car while the keys to my car was in the hands of the used salesman. I don't think these people care to to get things right! At this point I wish they just buy the car back from me and let me start over elsewhere. More
The worst part about getting my vehicle serviced here is going inside to check in. No one has enough common courtesy to say hello or let you know someone will be right with you. Instead they act as I’m a be going inside to check in. No one has enough common courtesy to say hello or let you know someone will be right with you. Instead they act as I’m a beggar off the street. I’ve watched them on other occasions speak to customers just fine and handle situations differently. I stand there everytime looking like a deer in headlights waiting for help. They harass you with text and emails to try and buy back my vehicle or get me to trade it in but can’t speak. I wish there were an outside booth to check in so that I never have to see these guys. Every woman I’ve encountered here have been pleasant. These guys are just rude and I don’t recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. The guy “dane” bumped into me and it wasn’t until I spoke up that he apologized for it. I don’t think he did it on purpose but I do think it’s normal practice, their typical negligence. They’re exceptionally nice before you buy with them but after that you’re just chopped liver. More
Dealership representatives were kind and ask if I have been helped which means to me that they are acknowledging customers entering the building. been helped which means to me that they are acknowledging customers entering the building. More
I found my car buying experience to be that of a stereo typical cheesy car dealership, which I didn’t expect from a national chain. when I came to look at the vehicle, I was told the vehicle had a few deal typical cheesy car dealership, which I didn’t expect from a national chain. when I came to look at the vehicle, I was told the vehicle had a few dealer add-ons, but I was not told that increased the price $2000 over what the vehicle was advertised for online. That surprise was sprung on me during the buying process. Secondly, I was told by my “salesman” Isaiah and by Courtney I would be given $16,500 for my trade-in multiple times. Once again, only to find out during the buying process they were giving me $1000 less. What bothered me was the lying was completely unnecessary. I bought the vehicle in spite of this completely unnecessary behavior, I will absolutely never buy another vehicle from AutoNation or recommend them to anyone. I hadn’t bought a new car in six years and thought the days of the cheesy car dealerships was behind us, but obviously it’s a thriving culture at AutoNation. More
