if I could leave 0 stars I would. I followed through with an appointment they scheduled for me, needed to adjust the day so I called in and made the appropriate changes. They did not and so I drove 1 hour 15 minutes there just to be told I dont have an appointment. There was no empathy whatsoever, I was misdiagnosed for having car issues when I did not have any. The dealer refused to provide a rental car and there was no adjustments made for THEIR MISTAKE! 0 Ownership, 0 Accountability. If you aren't going to spend your money buying from here they basically could care less about you. More

We have had constant issues with getting a resolution to a noise on the car. It has been diagnosed 4 different things and we have had no resolution. My Mom has spoken to Mia three times now and she told my a noise on the car. It has been diagnosed 4 different things and we have had no resolution. She was told to get a rental and now they are stalling are refunding her. Every time my Mom returns Craig, George and Jonathan act as though the same complaint we have been coming in with for four months is new to their ears. What hurts the most is when I first purchased my car I should have learned my lesson then when my championship rings just mysteriously vanished from my car while the keys to my car was in the hands of the used salesman. I don't think these people care to to get things right! At this point I wish they just buy the car back from me and let me start over elsewhere. More
