AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland Hills

We recently move to Texas. we needed a car and had about 15,000 to spend. I work at a car dealership for 5 years before I moved. I know the processes. I went on line and was looking at all the area dealerships inventory. I found a Minivan at Autonation used car dealership. I made an appointment and drove to test drive the car. The car drove good but I had some concerns with a few things on the car. My salesman told me they would fix the issue. I was okay with coming back the next day to pick up the van, so they had a chance to fix my concerns. This is where they feel on their faces. From the sales manager who was completely unprofessional. To the detail department, well I’m not sure they have a detail department actually. Not one problem I had was addressed. NOT ONE! The sales manager made it seem like a burden when I tried to get them to do what they said the would do. The sales manager is the definition of unprofessional. If you look in the dictionary next to unprofessional you will find an 8’x10’ glossy photo of that man. He came off as if he was mad he had to stand up from his desk. He talked to my mother as if she was stupid. He was rude and almost no help. The detail department did a hot and run on the car. Sticker residue and paint transfer scratches that are easily removed, still on the car. The roof of the van never touched, dirt and tree sap everywhere. But they coated the engine component with silicone base tire shine. I’m very disgusted with the the whole process and the car is back in the shop getting a check engine light looked at. The engine light turned on minutes after leaving the dealership. I recommend going to a competitor and save the headache. If you want to be treated as a person steer clear of Autonations. I regrettably purchased a 2015 Chrysler Town and country. Never again will be at a this dealer. All service will be preformed by their competitor. More
