Sold me a truck that is unsafe to drive. Brakes system failure.. an radiator is messed up. I asked before getting there if everything was ready so I could get in and out because I had my 3year old son with me. An still had to wait 3 hrs an what was promised that everything was ready wasn't an I ended up having to get the same truck I was looking at at a much higher rate.. now my truck is in the shop with issues that I've had since day one. An they are trying to refuse fixing issues. Mind u ive just made my first payment. Their point system they use to inspect pre-owned vehicles is trash or their staff is just over looking issues and selling them. Instead of trying to fix the issue my salesman said he would help get me in a new vehicle.. an trade in the one I just bought a few days ago.. smh More

We waited 3 hours to have our oil changed! And that was WITH an appointment! My wife and I were very dissatisfied and disgusted by this visit.
