We waited 3 hours to have our oil changed! And that was WITH an appointment! My wife and I were very dissatisfied and disgusted by this visit. We received no calls or feedback about our vehicle. It was promised in a 2 hour window. We heard nothing. Returned to the dealership after the promised time and was told it wasn't ready. Please work with your service staff and teach them how to change the oil in a vehicle you sell in less than three hours! Thank you. More

we took van for test drive on saturday, interested in vehicle, put down payment down when we went back to get van and finish deal we found a chipped windshield and a few items regarding the detailing of vehicle, put down payment down when we went back to get van and finish deal we found a chipped windshield and a few items regarding the detailing of car. it took a little time and complaints about the windshield and was told we could take care home and bring back in am for the service and details (a list) to be taken care of. as i pulled into the driveway at home the check engine light came on. returned following morning as promised and they came out o get keys, told them of check engine light which they didn't seem to concerned about."we will have them look at it ,may take longer" my response was i dont care if it takes longer as it should be fixed. I am satisfified with my salesman not happy with the service or detail department. they fixed (i think) the problem with the check engine but still have chip in windshield with a layer of some kind of sealant and was told that this would keep it from spreading. the chip is in my view as a driver -the windshild should have been replaced due to the location of chip. I dont believe the second chip eas sealed. when asked for a copy of the repairs /detail that was done we were told the lady that prints those was not in. they would email us that information. We still havent received. still have three weeks to see if we will keep this van or return for refund. not happy ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, More
