I use their service department and it is awful I have a Dodge Caravan I have took it back to the service department four times and now they have it because it’s under warranty the first time I drove up Dom Dodge Caravan I have took it back to the service department four times and now they have it because it’s under warranty the first time I drove up Dominic saw that I had paperwork from somewhere else and he informed me that I need to take it back there even though it was at another Dodge dealership that was over 100 miles away from this house I told him it should be warranty under any dodge dealership he got pissy and then finally took my car in I dropped it off on Wednesday I did not receive my car back until after calling and hounding them about my vehicle a week later when I finally got my car back it was still leaking oil I took it back in there again I finally got it back after three days the minute I got it back it was still leaking oil but to boot it started running hot I took it back the very next day the mechanic guy came out there in this whole time I’m messing with Dominique the mechanic I came out there they had my hood up in the mechanic guy held onto my radiator hose or whichever hose it is in it for me that I needed a thermostat he did not put it on a diagnostics he did not run anything he just placed his hand on the hose so I took it over to mitis they ran a diagnostics and come to find out it was something else it was not the thermostat so I brought it back to Dodge I tried to give Dominique the paperwork for mitis where they ran their own diagnostics and he didn’t take it he forward me that they will get to it and that was the end of conversation that was on a Tuesday I called Thursday I called Friday I called this Monday I’ve called they finally got back in touch with me because I had to have my daughter call cause they wouldn’t even answer my phone calls they told my daughter just like I told you it was the thermostat but actually it’s a cracked cylinder head because John the manager finally told me what was going on this thermostat could’ve been a problem but they finally turned it in to my warranty people to see what they can do and what all will be covered if you take your vehicle to the shop make sure you do not get Dominic he does not want to work he likes to call out and he is not a very pleasant person to talk to a.k.a. as of right now they still have my vehicle and I’ve been without my vehicle now for over a month just beware of the service department More

I’m glad I found the car I wanted but after 4 hours of going back and forth, I would’ve been happy to look elsewhere. Third time for electrical problems…. supposedly fixed previous time….second visit also requested complimentary oil change under new car warranty….not done….on recent visit asked for it ag supposedly fixed previous time….second visit also requested complimentary oil change under new car warranty….not done….on recent visit asked for it again…not done…..have camera system on vehicle so I know when any activity is happening….took in at 9 on November 18th….car was never worked on until the 23rd….finally got back on the 30th…time involved for repairs is ridiculous….hope problems are solved this time……but not optimistic More
The phone number on the website does not connect you to the dealer ship. This has been going on for at least 2 years that I know of. It needs to be updated. I met the most wonderful person named Zane (hope I spelled his name correctly) as he went ABOVE AND BEYOND and was able to help me out and not have my vehicle have to stay in the shop as they do not have loaner cars anymore. Maybe a little more training or some systems in place when a previous customer is being rude (we are all people and do not deserve to be yelled at) so you do not take your aggression out on the next customer and leave them at your desk so you can go to lunch. To be honest after my car is done with all the oil changes that came with the purchase I will be happy to go back to my original garage. More
