These guys are criminal's. They tried to o er charge and then sold me a car that is having catalytic converter internal failure and wouldn't fix it under their 90 day warranty. I take a good 2016 vehicle with 68000 miles in for a oil leak repair and you people damage the engine while testing the vehicle after the oil leak repair was done and then charging $14000 for a new en oil leak repair and you people damage the engine while testing the vehicle after the oil leak repair was done and then charging $14000 for a new engine. I took my Chevy Tahoe to program the tire pressure sensor and it leaves the shop with a bad alternator. Then you people wanted to charge me $800 for a new alternator and I didn't take it there with a bad alternator. There's is no accountability in both services department,its very sad. More

This is my second review of this dealership. I guess maybe the first Wes lost. I’m 75 yrs old needless to say I’ve bought many vehicles at almost as many dealerships. I arrived to look at their trucks. It was late in the day and they were getting ready for their Christmas party. I was never neglected for a minute. My son had bought a truck there a few weeks earlier and was impressed with the whole process. I was driving a Ford King Ranch. I liked his truck better than mine. My first contact there was Raul (Anthony) Gonzales. He took exceptional care of me through the whole process. The first offer he brought me was better than I expected. We completed the process in the middle of their party. It was a very comfortable experience. Now there are two matching white Ram 1500’s sitting in my driveway. I was assisted by four total people at that dealership and everyone treated me better than family. You can’t have a first class business without first class people. Autonation NRH has accomplished that. I have yet to visit the service department. Hopefully they won’t alter my opinion. More

I had a service appointment to check my auto shut off feature for 1040am, the kind associate told me it would be around 2-3 hours to complete. Well 2-3 hours turned into 6 and no one called to give me an feature for 1040am, the kind associate told me it would be around 2-3 hours to complete.
