I was very satisfied with the employees and the service that I received. It was a busy day so the wait was lengthy but the coffee was great and I did not mind waiting. there was a recall on the tailgate op that I received. I visit this dealership for service because I have no other option. They lack efficiency. They keep your car for a long time and they don’t fix the problem on the first visit. Service department didn't meet my expectations this time. I sent in my truck for an oil change and an update. The next day I was told my truck was ready and so I picked it up. The next morning when I star I sent in my truck for an oil change and an update. The next day I was told my truck was ready and so I picked it up. The next morning when I started my truck, my error message was still there for an update needed. I spoke to the service department about why my vehicle was returned without the update being done, I was told that they didn't show an update was needed even though there is an error message and that I would need to leave it with them several more days for them to get to it. Since it wasn't done, I have now decided to go to a different dealership to service my truck in hopes that I don't get told my truck is ready when it's really not. I will be dropping the truck off today at the grapevine dealership. More
My first impression of the dealership was not good. The sales person I worked with was good until his manager got involved and seem to be trying everything he could to lose the sale. I was quoted a price and once I got to the dealer to close the deal, the price jumped up by $2K with the explanation that these were add on's. Why was that not part of the original price? However, they were willing to work with me and reduced the price down by half of the $2K, which to me was still not right. Then when I came back in to pay cash for the vehicle, they told me that price was if I was going to finance it and this was after I had a discussion with the Sales Manger telling him to provide me with the best cash price he could. I was about to walk out and the Sales person I was working with went to bat for me and got me the price that was provided as a cash price. If it was not for the Sales person stepping up, I was going to walk out and buy from another dealer. This is the reason for my ratings. Also, I was very disappointed in how I received the vehicle, I was expecting my new vehicle to be spotless, but I was very disappointed in it's appearance when I received it. You would think they could at least get that right, wash it and make sure it's clean. More

This dealership gave me the worst service experience of my life and probably will stay the worst. I came in for a diagnostic that cost me $200 just for them to tell me what autozone told me for free and they sent me with a failed compression test but told me it passed and an incorrect diagnostic to my car. A week later my car broke down due to their incorrect diagnostic. The car had to be towed from Plano to North Richland and I was promised I would be taken care of. Over a week of no communication with no one picking up the phone at the service department, I got a survey from Dodge about my first visit. After leaving an honest point based review the service manager George finally called me back a couple of days later just to tell me THEY WILL NOT SERVICE MY CAR DUE TO MY BAD REVIEW. They had me come and tow my car after almost 3 weeks back and forth with them with no work done . This dealership cost me not having my car for over 2 months , over $5000 in repairs, 4 weeks of begging for a refund George promised me… all because they are a bunch of incompetent, unprofessional and ignorant men who will take advantage of someone’s needing their help and instead causing them harm. Save your time , money and sanity by just going to another dealership. More
