I’ve been shopping at this dealership for several years now I like the selection of inventory and the sales staff. But I haven’t had very good luck with the service department. Oil changes are difficult now I like the selection of inventory and the sales staff. But I haven’t had very good luck with the service department. Oil changes are difficult to have done and the fact that they did away with loaner vehicles is another issue also. How can a dealership that sells hundreds of vehicles a month service and take care of their customers purchased vehicle’s work? It doesn’t work and it shows when trying to have anything serviced or repaired there. Either expand the service department or build an off sight facility that does only oil changes and tire rotations. My brother has 4 free oil changes and won’t use them because of the extreme wait time to get them done. So he will go to a place that just does oil changes and is in and out in 20-30 minutes or less. It’s a great feeling to get a new vehicle at a great price but the after sale needs some serious work.
