Hi, My most recent visit to AutoNation was very bad and they were unprofessional. The `Jessica the sales person, Francisco Pozos and the General Manager, Dave Campbell, sent me emails and text saying I was they were unprofessional. The `Jessica the sales person, Francisco Pozos and the General Manager, Dave Campbell, sent me emails and text saying I was approved for my car. I had also gave them a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle, the sales person took my deposit set the appointment for Wednesday after noon, only to drive there 3 full hours from Bossier City La, after I arrive nobody new I was coming, no one could find my folder and no one knew about my appointment time for arrival, I live in Bossier City LA, 3 Hours away They have poor management, not a TEAM for sales. Poor salesmanship. No courtesy to let a customer know their decision to one from driving that far. "Blessed anyway we drove home the car we desired from another dealership, the 2023 New DODGE CHARGER GT. My Advice don't go to AutoNation! Bad experience!!!! More
Bought a new car from this dealership at the end of March. Everyone was helpful and friendly when buying the car. Upon getting the car home we noticed a scratch on it. Contacted the dealership to have March. Everyone was helpful and friendly when buying the car. Upon getting the car home we noticed a scratch on it. Contacted the dealership to have it fixed and 2 months later the scratch is still on my car. Have contacted the dealership numerous time and no one will help me with the issue. Sad part is they make you feel important when buying the car but once the deal is closed you are not their problem. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying a car from them. More
BEWARE bogus fees & fake pricing! (that he couldn't even explain what it was), $700 in an appearance protection wax, and $700 in dent protection in case I ever got a small dent. The salesman even laughed when I asked for the details on each of the bogus fees, like he knew it was crooked. They initially appraised my trade-in and I had to negotiate the price upwards of $10K to get it close to another appraisal I got a few weeks earlier from another dealer. All this for a 'new' car they had sitting on the lot for 1 year. They kept me sitting for almost 2 hours dragging out the process when I told them up front I only had 1 hour during my lunch break. The appraisal manager tried hi-pressure tactics like trying to get my credit card info for a 'deposit' without me agreeing to a price or the bogus fees. They had no intention of negotiating the overpriced vehicle price or the bogus fees. This is the 2nd Autonation I've done business with and both experiences were very poor. Beware this dealer. More
AutoNation North Richland Hills is a great dealership. They strive to get you out as soon as possible when buying a vehicle, my experience usually is around 2 and 1/2 hours to do the deal. My last experie They strive to get you out as soon as possible when buying a vehicle, my experience usually is around 2 and 1/2 hours to do the deal. My last experience lasted about 5 hours only because they had one manager at the time to handle all the deals that were going on. I was patient because of that situation, but normally it will be quicker than that to sign your paperwork and drive off in your new vehicle. I am so happy with my new Dodge Ram limited edition that I've been looking for and I sold them my 2023 Dodge Charger Scat Pack wide body for my new pickup. Tony Jackson was my salesman, and he tried to get me the best deal he could. I am very happy with what I have purchased. This is my third vehicle that I purchased from AutoNation North Richland Hills, but I am a big dodge fan. Thank you Tony and AutoNation North Richland Hills! More
Fantastic experience! St. Louis is great, and listened to what I needed that was not sales related, which in turn had me listen to him regarding a new car. The finance man St. Louis is great, and listened to what I needed that was not sales related, which in turn had me listen to him regarding a new car. The finance manager, every dealership needs an Anthony on their team. Both St. Louis and Anthony are great assets to the team at AutoNation NRH More
