This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m almost 50 and purchased lots of cars. Salesman didn’t tell us the truth about the history of the car. Purchased 4/20 and literally just got confirmation of my plates shipping to us (which was more lies from them…). Waited until I actually got the fedex tracking on the plates before reviewing because I did t want retaliation and have one more bad thing happen. AWFUL and will and have told everyone I know. More

I am not sure of the need for an appointment when it still takes over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I have had other dealerships give me a loaner if time will be over an hour. We bought our Jeep a month ago and we were very happy working with Isaiah on the sales floor. He worked with us on our trade and made sure everything was to our liking.
