This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m almost 50 and purchased lots of cars. Salesman didn’t tell us the truth about the history of the car. I am not sure of the need for an appointment when it still takes over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I have had other dealerships give me a loaner if time will be over an hour. We bought our Jeep a month ago and we were very happy working with Isaiah on the sales floor. He worked with us on our trade and made sure everything was to our liking.
