Coming to this auto shop you experience very poor communication skills & lack of time efficiency. Everything the day of was great, however, I have tried to call the service line several times since the day of service, and no one answers the phone. The only way I can get a live person is by calling the ma call the service line several times since the day of service, and no one answers the phone. The only way I can get a live person is by calling the main line. I have left 2 messages with the person who answered asking that my service advisor (gave his name) please call me back as I have to return for service they were unable to do the day I was there, and I have a question about it, but have not received a call back. They had the part I needed, a water channel, there the day of my appointment, but I was told that the person that installs them was not there that day. This was a Monday, so I simply need to know if I return on a Monday as this is the best day of the week for me to work around my work schedule, if the water channel person will be there. More
