Four times my water pump has gone out in my 2106 Grand Cherokee. All four repairs were made at this dealer which they continue to blame inferior parts/design. I’m happy to say I purchased an extended wa Cherokee. All four repairs were made at this dealer which they continue to blame inferior parts/design. I’m happy to say I purchased an extended warranty, however this is a huge inconvenience as I reside in the far west valley. Only one time my loaner vehicle was available per my warranty. The Jeep just turned over 83,000 miles. Going to get rid of this xxx! On a side note, the service adviser Carl Ross was terrific and had technicians expedite my repair. More
