These guys stepped up and fixed all the concerns I had with my truck. They even went further and flashed a new brake controller I installed into my truck so it would display properly on my instrument pane with my truck. I waited on AutoNation one way or another the past month to address issues with my new purchase. I purchased the truck from AutoNation Dodge with the check engine light on and a faulty screen. They agreed t to address issues with my new purchase. I purchased the truck from AutoNation Dodge with the check engine light on and a faulty screen. They agreed to cover the check engine light, but at the time of sale I was not aware of the screen and only brought it to the dealerships attention the Following day, well within my return time on the truck. The gentleman the night before who sold me the warranty package was explicitly clear on the fact that it covered everything, bumper to bumper on my vehicle. I didn't want the warranty package at first and remember having this exact conversation with him as it was one of the key factors in my decision to purchase it. Even though I brought it to their attention and they had told me about the warranty package I figured they would get it fixed. From what I can tell from your AutoNation Ford location, which has been incredibly hard to get in contact with as no one picks up the phone and I was only able to get a call back after calling corporate by mistake, was that the warranty does not cover my screen nor the check engine. I know that the check engine light should still be covered under the we owe but I can't believe I was mislead to put it mildly into getting the warranty. They straight up lied. I run a business, I bought vehicles for family members, I anticipate buying any more vehicles. I liked my experience with Max my salesperson. This however has been an absolute nightmare not worth my time or money. I am respectful, honest, and understanding, and I also have no problem taking my business elsewhere or leaving this review, which ironically AutoNation keeps asking for via email. I am sorry to have purchased my vehicle from them and would not recommend. They have not apologized for misleading me, nor attempted to resolve my issues. Jesse one of their sales managers has never called me back. More

Had a low oil viscosity code which is triggered by mileage. When that happens it turns off the regeneration DPF cycle. In a short period of time the dpf filter is full must take to dealer. All this crap because I forgot to reset the oil change mileage Service writer gave me a bunch of bull about oil change. And viscosity. My wife was stuck out of town had to pay for to nite stay in a hotel all this because the oil change reminder wasn’t reset. I found all this information on the web the dealer service writer didn’t now zip. Don’t use this dealer More
