We worked with Bryan Gradillas when shopping for a new to us Ram 1500. We arrived here after experiencing: 1) A bitchy text from another dealer when I commented that their truck was not certified. 2) Sho us Ram 1500. This is a common trick to get you in the door. 3) Shady price changing, bogus add-ons that only add $$ to the price, and a very low trade in value offered at the Dodge dealer on FLW. Everyone here is warm and friendly and not pushy. The truck was priced appropriately and they didn't add on charges for nitrogen and tint warranty and other needless stuff, and Daniel from finance promised us he would be quick and easy, and he was. Bryan even asked if we needed anything like snacks or drinks from the store when he was going to gas up the truck for us. This is my second purchase from this AutoNation dealership and I will remember it for future purchases. More
