First I had to come down to make an appointment because no one answers the phone and it is simply an automated phone circle. I came down, met with the service advisor, asked about a simple 1 hour repair an no one answers the phone and it is simply an automated phone circle. I came down, met with the service advisor, asked about a simple 1 hour repair and a TSB. I told him I was not close by, that I would wait, and that I needed to get in and out quickly. I scheduled a 7:30 appointment and confirmed it would be done about 8:30 when I was told the service techs don't start until 8:00 so it would be closer to 9:00. Also, the TSB that I asked about and brought to him was not addressed and I had to research it again and tell him what it was. Around 8:40 they come to tell me that to update the computer it has to go through the warranty rep at their service department, and she isn't in until 9:00. I finally see the tech go talk to her about 9:20 and then the vehicle was brought to me just before 10:00. I paid and drove away noticing that the issue I brought it in for was the same as it was previously. I turn right back to the dealership and meet with the service writer who talks to the tech. His response is that it may be like a tire sensor that does not calibrate right away and to drive it for a day or so and see if that fixes it. I told him that this was a computer upgrade and it is not live data being transferred. At that point he told me the warranty rep's computer system may not have updated the other system before the computer was flashed because he doesn't know how long that takes. I was told that I could bring it back (after wasting over 3 hours) in September when the parts come in for the TSB I mentioned. If they were researched and ordered when I made the appointment they may have been here by now, or certainly before September. More
Said could not honor service plan for oil change service because it was changed from 60 months to 3yrs because of type of oil being used. It was recommended for Jeep. Also, 2 hours for oil change with appointment is too long. More
My service advisor was Maxwell. He was friendly and quickly got my vehicle checked to resolve a recall. Once the recall item was taken care of, he went over suggested maintenance and the pricing for the services. He provided a realistic timeline for completing the additional services. Maxwell provided an update when the repairs were just about done, so I could be ready to check out. Scheduling an appointment was easy (I called). My only negative was that the maintenance person who washed my car at the end of the appointment did not let Maxwell know, so I ended up waiting several additional minutes. The maintenance person parked my car away from checkout instead of driving my car into the checkout area. More

The service department does not answer the phone. You have to walk in to schedule an appointment. They have no staff and zero tenure. We worked with Bryan Gradillas when shopping for a new to us Ram 1500. We arrived here after experiencing: 1) A bitchy text from another dealer when I commented that their truck was not certified. 2) Sho us Ram 1500. We arrived here after experiencing: 1) A bitchy text from another dealer when I commented that their truck was not certified. 2) Showed up at a dealership I had made an appointment with and the truck "just sold." This is a common trick to get you in the door. 3) Shady price changing, bogus add-ons that only add $$ to the price, and a very low trade in value offered at the Dodge dealer on FLW. Everyone here is warm and friendly and not pushy. The truck was priced appropriately and they didn't add on charges for nitrogen and tint warranty and other needless stuff, and Daniel from finance promised us he would be quick and easy, and he was. Bryan even asked if we needed anything like snacks or drinks from the store when he was going to gas up the truck for us. This is my second purchase from this AutoNation dealership and I will remember it for future purchases. More
