The service advisors are why I keep coming back. Maxwell D. assisted with my most recent service appointment and even though their scheduling system was wonky the day I came in he handled everything Maxwell D. assisted with my most recent service appointment and even though their scheduling system was wonky the day I came in he handled everything with no issues and I appreciated being kept in the loop. Was treated very rudely and disrepectfully in the service department by Nicholas who should not be interacting with customers. His approach is to bully which caused me anxiety about bringing my car to the d department by Nicholas who should not be interacting with customers. We felt like once the real was made we were forgotten about. The finance process took way to long and it was weird the finance guy had to walk back snd forth instead of us in his office . They gave no business cards snd when we called back the next day it took 3 days and a lot of voice messages and text to get a response. More
